This page lists the primary components available in the SLD editor and the fields you should expect to configure.

Buses

• Base kV, rated amperage, and bus type
• Slack bus settings when applicable

Cables

• Cable series and variant selection
• Length, installation type, and routing assumptions

Transformers

• Rated kVA, primary/secondary voltage, and impedance
• Vector group and tap settings

Generators

• Rated MVA, voltage, and reactance values

Loads

• Active power, reactive power, and voltage rating

Utility feeds

• Source voltage and short-circuit data

Protection devices

• Breakers, fuses, and switches (single-throw or double-throw)
• Rated current and interrupting capacity / short-circuit rating
• Switch operating state (Closed/Open or Throw A/Throw B/Open) set in edit panel
• Loading/current annotations after power flow, including switch active-throw behavior
